1. Take your backfoot & keep the back lift high
2. Move the left leg , get to the chest on position/ bring the ball under eye line / establish the solid base
3. Hit the shot - high to low or low to high (along the ground or over the fielder)

common problem with young children locking their arms when pulling. one way to overcome this is to give them a stick (Same length as bat) and then teach them to pull.

Am suffering from a shoulder Labrum Tear injury.
