    This video made me curious.... Is there a way to change your signature based on who the outgoing email is to? So my direct supervisor gets one signature, c-suite another signature, staff a different. All internal addresses. 🤔

      I don't think there's a way for Outlook to support this natively. But you could potentially do this with some VBA scripting if you can allow for macros in your organization with some iterating and IF statements.

      @@austinlibal, I work in Healthcare Finance. Most hospitals block VBA/Macros. But fortunately that forced me to learn Power Query.

    This feature is no longer available in the New Outlook desktop client that was pushed with the most recent windows update.
