When doing the forehand topspin, in the backswing motion, at the lowest position, should I keep my right foot weight on the 'toes' (front part of the feet overall) or can I naturally touch my heels on the ground to help with the balance?

You have to put weight all over your right foot. Thank you for your interest.
The weight shall be placed from the backswing end to the entire right foot. The heel, the heel of the heel, should be close to the ground.
