Seoghwa auditioned to be a rapper, but in the end debuted as a vocalist. Now he is doing what he was supposed to do from the beginning. I love rapper Seonghwa but I prefer him as a vocalist, because I'm more of a vocal guy
The only other units we have as of now are Wooyoung-San-Yeosang (song is called It's You), Yunho and Mingi (song is called youth) and then Jongho got a solo. All of these including MATZ were on "The World Ep. Fin: Will"

Omg I’m so glad you’re back and started here!!!! Rapper Seonghwa - especially MATZ version of Hwa - keeps me in a chokehold. This song is 🔥. There is a making of the song video I recommend too. HJ talks about how he did this specifically because SH asked him. Also they show the whole process of writing the lines and working on it together.
This song is so amazing, I still continue to listen to it. Likewise, Ateez (San, Wooyoung, Yeosang)- It's you is perfect, listen to it too ✨

As i know, this is lowkey a diss track for the haters and sasaengs. There was some stalker put a tracking device on their car few years ago (as you can see the reference from the beginning of the video) and some antis always say like they're loud, crazy, and making noisy music.
BTW, Seonghwa auditioned as a rapper at first, but they already have Hongjoong and Mingi so he debuted as a vocalist instead. And Hongjoong said that their unit song was planned as an easy listening song, but Seonghwa wanted to make a hip-hop song though 😊
