Inauguration ceremony of Wärtsilä's Sustainable Technology Hub | Wärtsilä

On 1st of June 2022, we had the pleasure to officially inaugurate Wärtsilä's new Sustainable Technology Hub (STH) in Vaasa, Finland together with some of our valued customers and partners. Wärtsilä's President & CEO, Håkan Agnevall opened the event with his welcoming words, after which the audience got to hear an opening speech by Minister of Economic Affairs for Finland, Mika Lintilä, inspiring keynote speeches by some of the industry thought leaders, and a panel discussion on Decarbonisation - from visions into reality.
STH was created to foster innovation, collaboration, and production of green technologies, and we are excited to have it now officially inaugurated. At STH, we illuminate the pathways to the era of decarbonisation - and you're welcome to join the journey and innovate with us!
