You saw the question at the end funny but it is the truth of life.
Everything is about perception and the thing we call reality (external of us) is what we create from our beliefs, perceptions and internal landscape.
So in order to change our reality about someone or something we need to change the way we view then or it.
For instance if you have a belief, (which is essentially a chronic thought about something) that your friend is jealous of you, that is what you will continuously see in them. But if you deactivate those thoughts and activate other thoughts about them, those characteristics which you now activated and brought forward to your attention and focus will now become apparent in your reality about them...
And this goes for everything in our lives. Hence why we are the creators of our own destiny.
At the cellular level we are all microcosms of a bigger universe. We all have many different facets that make up who we are.
What are the facets about someone or something you are drawing or attracting into your experience?
And if you are.. Why?

Amrit Yoga , So what is the secret of solving all our problems, controling our thoughts at all times? Also, you and I agree there are many infinite techniques of yoga: pranayamas, meditations, chantings, energy techniques; do you have any knowledge of how the great God Babaji; what his kriya kundalini yoga techniques- to give to us- his kriyabans; so we can achieve: God( us), physical immortality, the desires of life: in my case " true love, God's love" with a wife, money to give to a wife, yoga organizations like yours;( that promulgate); Babaji's knowledge to the world? Please tell me; as I practice: pranayamas, meditations, chantings, energy techniques, so I can reach the level of Babaji; kriya kundalini yoga gurus; and achieve ( God in heaven); within us, physical immortality; and have "true lo ve, God's love"- with a wife, money as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!! its funny how people reject the obviously true idea of only being abled to perceive your inner self. Everything we see touch smell etc. is filtered through our senseorgans and always perceived within. All we see is reflections, or a dreamworld.

This is a relatively shallow path that targets a very pedestrian elimination of kleshas (primarily physical & ‘everyday mind’)... no esoterica aimed at attainment or achievement beyond a householder-level care-free presence. There is no lineage, no goal beyond “health”... this strikes me as a “pre-school level” of spirituality. Not much depth to this landscape. With all due respect.
Ok but people are not on the same level. The path must be taken step by step
It is better to do something basic and derive benefit, than aim too high and get no benefit because its too difficult.
