Great cloud and explosion tutorial. I like how the clouds were constructed then inked. The comic style debris really switched the scene from cloud to explosion. Two uses in one. Cool music to go with time lapse. I have learned a lot here, thank you for sharing.

Can you show more different types of explosions? I've seen in some comics and manga that powerful characters will often hit so hard they generate devastating explosions. Some often looking like Nukes or far worse. I wanna know how to convey that kind of force and destruction.

buy the comics containing the explosions you want and just draw them and study them.
Find their patterns and then incorporate them into your work.
