Honestly, the GRX from the classic Speed Racer cartoon deserves a mention. You literally needed to take a performance enhancing drug to keep the high octane machine from melting your brain. That’s how fucking fast it went.
The 911 from Bad boys was a 964 Turbo 3.6 not a 993 Turbo. The top speed for a 964 Turbo 3.6 is arround 280 kmh.
Also, they mistakenly had the speed in km/h the same as mph.

Two other cars to add, both from "Speed Racer" (source Wikipedia):

Well, if you mean just fiction, its still about transmission, most powerfull landbased vehicle can reach only about 7 kmh, but it can carry spaceship from hangar to ramp, Tatra is also slow, but transmission allow to tow a tank, ofcourse racing Tatra trucks can run 140 kmh in desert, so 2000 HP with 2 trailers can be slow...
