[태백품새 1, TaebaekPoomsae]

유단자품새 중에 태백품새에서 새로운 동작들의 설명과 시연을 함께 했다.
새로운 동작으로 아래헤쳐막기, 손날엎어잡기, 잡힌손목빼기, 등주먹바깥치기 등에 대하여 시연하였다.
동작의 정확한 의미와 실제로 활용될 때 어떤 원리로 사용되는 지에 대한 설명도 함께 했으며, 영상을 보면서 따라 해보면 좀 더 쉽게 이해될 것이다.
새로운 동작을 모두 설명하지 못했는데 그것은 다음의 영상에서 설명될 것이다.

Among the black belt poomsae, the new movements of Taebaek poomsae were explained and demonstrated.
Blocking with his arms extended downward, holding his hands downward, pulling his wrist out of the opponent's grip, and punching the outside bag, he showed off new moves.
It also explained the exact meaning of the movement and how to use it in practice. It will be easier to understand if you follow the video.
I couldn't explain all the new moves, so stay tuned for the next video.
