I have a question, great vids by the way enjoy all of them, but Iv read not to use cows milk it ruins the matcha, you are so knowledgeable what is your opinion on it? Does it ruin it?
I would not say it ruins it as matcha latte is THE most popular drink by far amongst matcha lovers. Milk is about preference and dietary restrictions. However, if you can enjoy matcha 'green' then you get to appreciate the taste of matcha more. That is if you are using a good quality matcha.
