I was a few years old when this came out, and I listen to trap daily (well, phonk technically, but close enough). If you don't let electronic music become the domain of pretentious geezers (like with rock), then you can appreciate the glitchy, rolling attitude of trap as well as the techy, opium-infused, tribal rhythms of y2k-era prog house. "those whippersnappers will never know" yeah, I wonder why younger folks aren't so eager to check out what people listened to 20 years earlier... because you tell them not to.
Still one of Peace Devision's best productions. It just keeps building and building until the vocal just rides it out. Still amazing all these years later. 🙏🏻
