I started my mountain biking journey at Oleta. The first trail you rode is my favorite one at the park!! I always wondered how the races worked since some of the trails are so narrow. This video is awesome! I plan to go for a ride today as soon as they open! Question: does the race involve blue and black trails as well??
Love this comment! Lol Oleta is challenging, and you have to keep up your momentum to get through some of the trails because the terrain requires sheer body power. I burn an average if 1350 calories an hour biking at this park and lost 70 pounds in 4 months only doing this. The nice thing is, you can rent a bike if you don't own one 😊
This is simply GoPro 11 although a lot of my previous videos are with the Gopro 8. There's not a lot of difference between them for the purpose of MTB recording. This is paired with a chest mount and that's all! Just ensure you got the right position/angle.
Man, I love you guy’s teamwork. Super impressive.

Nice! I also started in Oleta, many years ago. Yes, races include blue and black trails, including the entrance to Strangler Fig.
Nice video, but definitely a weird course. Like you said, it is so confusing.
Agreed!
