- Believing there is a God won’t bring us salvation, nor will good deeds.
In this challenging message, Dr. Stanley tells us we must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ to be saved. After all, salvation comes from God’s grace. He not only forgives our sins, but He bestows upon us the gift of eternal life.
Dr. Stanley explains that we are living in a world where people’s morals are changing. Many have decided that the Word of God just doesn’t work anymore. But despite this challenge, we must remember this one constant: Jesus’ sacrificial, substitutionary, and sufficient death on the cross paid for our sin debt in full. If we believe that Jesus is the Son of God and we trust Him for our salvation, we will be saved.

Just when I’m thinking I’m right with God, this man wakes me up with his wonderful sermons , every day I’m waking up and realize hey I did a wrong today, but now that I’m back to the Bible, reading daily, going to UA-cam for Pastor Stanley, it’s wow God is waking me more every blessed day, because I feel his spirit with in me ty , ty, ty ❤️👍🙏🙂

Who is the God of Abraham Issac, and Jacob? We should take in knowledge of Him and His Son Jesus if we want everlasting life, but more importantly, if we want to learn what they require of us. John 17:3; Psalm 83:18. If we truly want to please them!

He's coming through my phone, my television, in my cd player in the bedroom, dvd player for particularly moving sermons that I need to hear more than once. I mow the lawn listening to Charles Stanley and my work goes much faster. I'm nearly 72 yrd old & his voice is comforting. It is my hope that everyone experiences the same calming effect I receive with God's Word taught by Dr. Charles Stanley. His voice is soothing and reassuring. Jesus truly came into my life by the way of reading the Word of God and listening to His spoken word delivered & faithfully taught by Charles Stanley. God changed my life; Dr. Stanley helped me understand how & why. 🙏🙏

Speak the word of God everyday. There are scriptures, words from our Lord Jesus online you can read, it will surely help you. Start your day, thanking the Lord, say positive things about your life, your daughter. Speak faith-filled words everyday like these. - “I have faith in Jesus. I’m grateful that I’m blessed. My daughter is healed. I reject all doubts and fears. All is well in Jesus Name”. When you pray, ask the desired result. Believe you received it. Don’t speak the doubts and negative thoughts. Those are from the enemy trying to control our minds. Always speak positive things. Always use the word faith. “I have faith in Jesus. I never doubted the Lord”. God blessed you 💕

I have listened to Charles Stanley for decades, never wavering the gospel of Christ. I just love his messages from God, presented in a fashion that even a child can understand. To me, Charles Stanley is one of the most compassionate pastor in the world, he does have a pastor's heart for the sinner. I pray these messages stay on ytube, and on tv, bc this lost world needs Jesus. I will miss my favorite pastor, preaching messages on salvation, and life changing messages, since he has retired from being the pastor of the 1st Baptist Church of Atlanta Georgia. I have always wanted to go to Atlanta to hear him preach, but I have a library of tapes, books, CD's, so I can hear his messages, they all bless my heart. Charles Stanley has given his life to Jesus, and I'm so glad many decades ago, God lead him into my life, bc through his messages from God, I have learned to trust my Savour, and I will never forget Charles Stanley, and his faithfulness to God, Thank You, Jesus for Charles Stanley. I love You Jesus.

Salvation is an interesting topic. Although I'm fairly well-versed in the New Testament and the sermons of Jesus, I've often wondered what exactly pastors and theologians mean when they discuss the topic, but your description of the three types of death helped to clarify the issue.
