Going down the route of the midi-chlorian conception is crazy. Not only are they cheapening Anakin's existence as the chosen one but clearly they don't understand how that concept works. Anakin was created by the force after Darth Plagueis tried to take his powers further and reached out to the midi-chlorians across the galaxy in order to gain dominance over them. The force BALANCED him out by creating Anakin. The force always has to be in balance. Where is the balance out in this show? You are telling me this witch is just as powerful as Darth Plagueis? Oh I suppose he learned it from her, somehow. Fuck off. Garbage. They have zero original ideas.
Also, the Jedi would NEVER take these twins on to be trained given their age and attachment to this witch cult. They would be deemed too old and too dangerous to become Jedi. Again, Anakin was the chosen one and the same age as these two and even he was not admitted for training until Obi-Wan threatened to train him in secret at Qui-Gon's dying wish.
This show is all over the place bad. Its actually comical. Disney DESPERATELY need a lore keeper. Someone who understands the lore, the force, the history and characters as George understood them and can read all the scripts created for any project and then point out what does and doesn't work. Not based on their opinion, but based on if the scripts contradict IN ANY WAY the source material. But that's not going to happen and they will just keep making trash.
So I’ve been following this channel since Loki and I’m so glad I do! You keep it real bro. A lot of fans felt the way that you did…..they trying to murder my boy Anakin!! This is sooo cringe episode😬 Okay ... they destroyed the canon ... But motivation characters is so bad.
Would have been more interesting if Osha had actually died, and then Mae posed as Osha, was trained by Sol, and then turned on them all.
Finally getting back into everything Star Wars after taking a lengthy break. The first two episodes were meh at best and ep 3 was a total disaster. This show is just a mess. I’ll finish the series just to see where it goes but there’s no saving it at this point

I have not watched the acolyte yet however due to all the things I heard Leslie headland say last yr at celebration and all these new interviews calling Star Wars nerds “gay” I’ve been really put off I might give it a go when all the episodes are out but Disney Star Wars is losing me as a viewer.
I’m not a fan of the sequel trilogy, mando s3, book of boba, the shit that was kenobi (don’t get me started on that underwhelming show, retconning things that didn’t need to be retconned, having a lower budget and being poorly written reva, all I wanted to see was Vader and kenobi - Hayden and Ewan were great considering what they were given)
But I am a fan of the animated Stuff, rogue one, Andor and the first seasons of mando, ahsoka was good but lacked in story and depended heavily on fan service (i grew up with the clone wars as I was born in 06 so ahsoka is one of my favourite characters)
- I know they can do good but it just seems they want to alienate the audience
Recently I’ve started reading legends which has got me addicted, so right now I’m enjoying the content I’m consuming even tho it’s from 20+ years ago
I still look forward to Star Wars content like Andor, mando, ahsoka and any animated content and the dawn of the Jedi movie but for the most part they keep missing on shows, I hope things can change at lucas film so that instead of getting a few good shows all of the are good (put Star Wars back in the cinema!!)

Sigh. It was blatantly obvious that the fire didn’t kill them for a reason. That’s the mystery of the show. No this is not the same as anakins birth, he was born through the will of the force while the twins were born with the help of the force. One is a prophet and one is kids made with the help of magik. It’s like a test tube baby versus Jesus Christ.
Tryin to like this show, but it's a HARD agree on all your points. I'm guessing Sith magic created the twins, and their re-interpretation of the Force is too much canon breaking on a mid-tier Disney+ show. This new Star Wars just isn't my cup of tea. Will sadly walk away, enjoy what I grew up with and leave this for whoever thinks its good.
Different religions in Star Wars have always had different interpretations of the force. That was not the jedis interpretation or a re-interpretation, it was just how that specific coven viewed it.
When this heinous show ends, I’ll be very happy. This show is trash written by people who don’t know Star Wars! Disney get ready, lotta L’s headed your way.

Stopped watching Star Wars series after Andor. Wanted to end on a good note before it crashes and burns. 🤷🏻

i am Gay and a super fan of Star Wars for 40 years nobody wants this Trash nobody cares about Space Lesbians extremely unnecessary and by far the Worst Episode of Television i have ever witnessed in my 43 years of Existence on this Earth, The Power Of One Part was so terrible i had to stop watching it and remind myself at least we have Ahsoka Episode 5 that Shit made it to the theater you think they would learn from that.

HOWEVER, just because it’s “Star Wars” title a fan doesn’t need to force themself to like it if it’s just hot garbage, you’re allowed to critique it and still be a fan.
And the original 6 movies are the 6 that George Lukas did before selling the franchise. 1-6. His completed story. What other movies do you think there was before Disney took over
