Just a few pointers from one locker to another, & i'm still always learning too but I'm just gonna tell you what I know for sure. I'm primarily gonna focus of terminology here.
1) it's typically called an 'Up' or 'Muscle Man'
3) this one is actually called the 'Wrist Roll'
6) this ones basically just called 'Give It 5'
13) THIS IS NOT THE PIMP WALK, nor do we call this the Kick Walk either. The Pimp Walk is an entirely different dance. What you're doing by the looks of it is the 'Scooby Walk'.
14) this one is called the 'Locker Time Step'.
I'm by no means trying to knock you down cause I do see some potential. I just wanted to give you some of the proper names for some of the moves you showed here that I know & have been trained in. I would definitely encourage you to not only keep training but also try to look up &/or get a hold of some locking OGs & heavy weights & try getting some history & knowledge from them. Take care dude, I wish you well.
