Would like to know that as well but from the cars and the clothing styles I am going with probably the late 1950s. Might be very early 1960s though.

Definitely around 1963 or 1964. Most of the cars were late 1950's, but I saw a 1963 Galaxie and a 1962 or 1963 Plymouth

This was around Christmas 1962 or 63 (the film is not labeled) and my mother is on the couch, lifting my father's head at marker 1:08 (before my brother was born in Sept 1963)
