Stick with it! I slowed down so much too, but give it a few weeks and you'll start seeing some amazing results!

Ame Malik at first you it hurts cause you start slowing down, I was in the processes of learning some olls and plls and averaged 36 seconds when I started learning f2l but my times droped to about 1.5 minutes so I hated f2l at first but I kept on pushing and persisted in learning f2l no matter what and now I average 24-26 seconds

f2l really fucked with my head. I started cubing 2 months ago, i can solve the cub at 1.2 minutes. I can do f2l good but really really slow and i can get confused so many times where the corresponding edges and corners are hiding. I practice everyday. Hope i get fast :(

I completely disagree with tip number 4, you shouldn't try to track all corners, you should try to track pairs instead, because when you track the corners there still will be a pause where you try to find the edge going with the corner and that's the thing you were trying to prevent from happening. Another thing is about tip number one, the slow turning, make sure you don't turn too slow, if you turn at a speed at which you already have no pauses you will not improve, you should turn slightly faster than the fastest speed at which you have no pauses (as jperm explains in one of his most recent videos on f2l (I'm not sure which one exactly))
