I like your attitude when it comes to watching films. It's much better for the reactor and the viewers if the reactor is actually in the mood to watch, and not just feeling an obligation to do so. One reactor that I watch actually has a full-time job, and fits in her reactions when she has time. And she always notifies those on her Patreon account when she may need to make changes to her schedule. Regarding this movie, I found it just as entertaining as the first.
I’m glad to hear about the other reactor you watch, I feel sometimes in the content creator world there is so much push to hustle and I don’t think it good for you in the long run. Hope I can keep prioritizing having fun and feeling good about what I do and keep fighting that part of me who always thinks I have to do More 😠
Sessis, we use "our maternal/paternal grandfather/grandmother sometimes to delineate which grandparent we are talking about. However, we typically just say our mom's mom or dad's dad, etc.
I don't know if it's different in Sweden, but in the US the children of married couples normally take the father's last name, since once a woman marries, she normally takes her husband 's last name. However, women do sometimes keep their maiden name once they marry. Some also choose to hyphenate their maiden name with their husband's last name, but it's more common for them to take their husband's name, therefore the children born within the marriage would also take their father's last name.
Thank you so much, #Sessis, for uploading this awesome movie reaction. I'm still supporting you because I really enjoy watching your reactions to different movies, and also because your content is absolutely amazing.
Hi Sessis. I know a movie you might enjoy watching and reacting to. It's called Splash. It's from the 1980s. This is the movie that got Tom Hanks famous. Tom Hanks plays a lonely young man who wants to fall in love. However one day he meets this beautiful young woman who saved his life and they fall in love. However Tom Hanks doesn't know is that she is secretly a mermaid. Tom Hanks is so young in this movie, he was like 27, I think. Also I really like the Father of the Bride movies. They are really good.
Is it better to post one big comment, or a bunch of separate comments? Eh...I like doing it this way better. "How does your daughter having a baby derail your life?" OH...you'll see... YOU'LL SEE!😈 Sometimes, in the US, you have different names for your grandparents. So, if you have 2 grandmothers, one will be Grandma, and the other will be Meemaw. One grandfather will be Pop-Pop and the other will be Grandy. And then you have to account for the names that come from different languages. Abuelo, Nonna, Baba ati, Ajalda. We don't really have a need for a unified word to differentiate your Mom's parents from your Dad's. I wish you'd give George some grace on the "infantilization" stuff. For most parents, it's harder to embrace their kids getting older. He's let go, he just has to remind himself of it. Annie is his firstborn, his only daughter (at the moment), and she's still very young. The first time I left the country, I went alone, and my dad cried. I was 21, but he still saw me as the 6 year old he took to her first day of elementary school. I'm his oldest, and he'd never had to let one of us go like that. He's fine now. George's reactions are exaggerated for entertainment, but I'm pretty sure he taught an entire generation of fathers how to let their daughters grow up and make their own choices. As far as why George is freaking out about becoming a grandfather, aging and facing your own mortality is scary, no matter how much you have. Also, I doubt Nina meant that George was never romantic anymore. It's pretty obvious that George and Nina are still VERY much getting it on...but just not in the kitchen, which is what I'm pretty sure she meant. Listen, EVERYONE is a jerk sometimes. George and Nina seem like they have a happy relationship overall George is so valid for seeing those "normal developmental behaviors" and freaking out. He thought he was PAST that stage, and he's facing doing it again, but now being 20+ years older than the first time he did it. He's pushing 50. That's a LOT. Annie and Brian live in an apartment. It's a NICE apartment, but it's an apartment. That fountain was in front of the complex. I do not care, if you are pregnant, injured, or anything short of dying, you will NOT put your shoes on my dang couch! Not every woman carries the same way. One of my sisters gained weight all over. One pretty much only had a belly. It can also be different from pregnancy to pregnancy with the same woman. I think it's really unfair of you to attribute a woman not gaining a lot of weight to an eating disorder. Wow... I just assumed that Mattie wasn't interested in basketball. At least George didn't force it on him. There's not a third movie, but there is a pandemic cast reunion special. It was cute.
I love these 2 films! Glad you also watched the second one. There isn't a third film, however Netflix uploaded a video called "Father of the Bride Part 3 (ish)" which is a table read of a new script featuring the original actors. They won't make it into a film, though. :(
Hey Matthew it’s great to hear from. Looking forward to seeing you on Twitch again next year and hope you’re doing well and enjoying what ever you’re up to!
@@Sessis I'm doing good & ok at the same time just working on my business in Tokyo & dealing with a little health problem but I'm getting tests done and everything
Hello sweet Swedish girl how are you ? I hope you're feeling better after your illness are you ok ? Anyway great reaction , Have a nice one , Bye , bye !
Hey I’m not a girl, I’m very much a woman. Yes I’m finally feeling like I’m getting on the right side of having been sick. Hopefully rest of this year will be much easier
I didn't enjoy your reaction to either film and you saying George was infantasizing his daughter. It's being a dad having a hard time watching her get married and then have a baby. You make it sound disgusting

Thank you for clarifying, wonder why linguistically two different words hasn’t emerged like in the Swedish language 🤔

These movies are great bc they have powerhouses Steve Martin and Martin short who have worked together in comedy for decades
One of the rare movies when I found the sequel to be better than the original
Gene Siskel agrees with you 👍🏻
I love your reaction to both! Could I suggest Paddington?
I’m so glad to hear that. Thank you for the suggestion, I haven’t seen that
Steve Martin film to see is the Jerk from 1979, one of the funniest hour and thirty minute you will ever have, guaranteed
Steve Martin does lot films with Martin short and Diane Keaton over decades.
We say grandma/grandpa (last name) to determine who we are referring to.
I love this more than the first one
