What a lovely video. It looks like the collection of items were offerings as you said. Shells are usually to do with the moon as well as the spirits of the sea which I would call the undine but there’s many names. Offerings I leave are similar and usually items that you feel drawn too, keep for a while and use in a ritual and then give as an offering when are ready to give it back. You never know what might appear to you when leaving an offering 😉
Shells are oflen used for protection or to represent the element of water. Wreath's are often used in rituals for the sabbaths and equinoxes, an everlasting circle, and example is the spring equinox, symbolizing the return of the sun as spring becomes summer, thus helping plants and life to return. Wreaths can also be used during the full moon the cycle too everlasting, also for protection. Great video as always, thank you 🙏
Thank you for putting them back, id love to learn about those rituals and why people place certain things there. My friend told me once about a time her family had a barbeque around a stone circle and left some litter behind, and within the next week or so her cat became very ill/passed shortly after. It could very well be coincidence but I went there shortly after she told me and scattered some polished stones (I forget what type) as a sort of offering on her behalf. Obviously there are known items/rituals that you can follow, but I also think it's about putting your own meaning/intentions into it as well. Interesting video and would love to learn more about these practices.
It's fascinating what's out there and what people believe - I found out the stone with the hole in it, is possibly a 'hag stone' - used to cure snake bites!
I found a metal pentagram and some sort of stone pink gem stone wrapped up in some old ragged bag buried up Dartmoor in the middle of no where still got it put away somewhere
I do know you should not disturb any of the objects that you're finding as they are cast. They are imbued with energy, some positive, others not so positive.

These objects are often near paths and points of interest - it's inevitable that someone at some point will come across them... although point taken!
