Here is the update to the False case:
The workers claimed they were coerced into participating in the lawsuit under false pretenses, including promises of U.S. citizenship. They stated that an attorney misled them into making the complaint, asserting it was part of a conspiracy against the temple.

That case was not done by workers but by some ngo from newyork ...
Some of those workers wanted to leave the premises of new jersey and visit other states in USA which isn't allowed on religious visa ..as you know they can escape and runaway seeking asylum....
This was not allowed by the temple administration....
Also those workers were not paid in US wages...as they were volunteer workers from India who have come to work and all there food, accommodation and other expenses were taken care of by BAPS organisation..they were given Indian salary as per the contract....
And after the completion each one of them returned to India...
BAPS has many temples in USA so it can't put it reputation at stake by allowing volunteers to roam around USA illegally
Otherwise they won't be allowed in Future to bring volunteers for other projects.
And without Indian workers such temples can't be Build in USA
