Looks like a very well balanced design, which leans towards luxury. The wide seats in 1+2 configuration upstairs look very comfortable for a long trip.
I was a coach driver in the late 60s. Crash gearboxes. Heaters that never worked. It was hard work driving buses in those days. Most people smoked in those days, so I went home smelling like an ashtray. Long hours for very little money. Drivers now have life so easy, they wouldn't last 5 minutes if they had to drive the rubbish I drove.
It must be fantastic to drive those streamlined luxuries coaches. I have driven some weird and wonderful vehicles in my driving career. I ended up as a civilian driver for the British army, driving lorries and coaches. We had to work 7 twelve hour shifts for 3 weeks until we had one day off. There are no tachographs in army vehicles and we were driving around the clock. I fell asleep several times (very dangerous) I still loved driving for a living and look back on some happy times.
Me and the boys of my generation are thankful to you and your colleagues for teaching us to like those machines and to enjoy our bus toys. Thank you very much, Mr. Sloopy Dog.
I'd love to see that bus rolled out in my home country Australia and I'm extremely keen to drive that bus for as long as I want to! Excellent gearbox and steering wheel, and great to have toilets and snack facilities on the bus, making it perfect for the massive road trips! Just need to add more seats to it (make it 2+2 configuration), maybe make it go a bit faster and that'll be even more cool!
Route master bus England did it for me the all time classic, yes the buses of now are comfortable but hey in most cases the bus routes were only 5 stops.

Great bus; but it was like watching a four year old going through it; you just had to touch everything, turn every knob, flick every switch, and mess with things the driver will now have to check before moving the bus to its next location. Hope you washed your hands between touching that toilet seat & eating your lunch too?

I was thinking how disrespectful is this guy to be pushing literally everything... especially with them dirty nails... if i didnt want to see this bus, id be off in a flash... p.s. once we have seen one screen were good, you dont need to sit in 12 different seats to show the same foot rest and screen...
