I feel this song so mutch. I literally met the boss in April last year... I hit a bus on my motorbike died and came back. I walk with a limp now but im alive. Saint Peter meeter.
@@thegreatballplayer1 thanks Greg im glad I'm still here too. I can't really remember mutch as I was in a coma for 3 weeks. What I do remeber is not feeling scared and that everything would work out. Even when the doctors told me I wouldn't walk again something inside me told me they was wrong. 3 years later im back up and walking stronger than ever. For me there wasn't any lights flashing befor my eyes or seeing the pearly gates it was just something that needed to happen. Were all dealt hard hands to play in our life its just a test of how strong we are. Rember that when people say you can't do something don't just laydown and believe them you've gota fight in this world ...lifes a gift and iv got another chance at living and im going to live it. One strange thing that I can remeber happing is that a old man from Ireland was in the bed next to me. He used to talk to me everyday telling me everything would be okay and I would get were I need to be in the end. I spent around 4 weeks in a bed next to old Bobby. Listening to all his old stories and tales. I met his wife and grandchildren when they came to visit him. Then one morning I woke up and I was alone in a room just with a window looking out over the city??? About a hour past and a nurse walks in my room. Good morning Matthew would you like some breakfast. I said yeah sure but can I ask you a question? When did you move me into this room ? I never got to say goodbye to old Bobby. The nurse smiled and said Matthew you have been in this same room alone snice the day you was admitted...... I never saw old Bobby or his family it was all in my head I was in the room alone all that time. I will never forget my conversations with him and the things he told me. It put my mind at rest and I lost all fear of the future. Still to this day I dont no if it was a hallucinations or someone from the otherside..... I spent nearly a year in hospital had over 10 surgery' spent a year in a wheelchair and learnt to walk again. All because of what Bobby said to me. If it wasn't for him I would have given up and listened to the doctors. Here's a list of my injuries Broken elbow Broken left wrist snapped 4 times with bones sticking out. Broken right wrist snapped 3 times. Broke pelvis Broken left hip snapped from femur head. 4 screws plus upcoming new hip surgery. Broken right hip 4 screws in to hold Broken right femur completely destroyed taken my femur out and replaced with a titanium rod. Broken left knee Broken right knee Small instein came away from the large one. Both lungs collapsed. Oh and I had a black toenail for about 2 years lol. Safe to say hitting a bus on a motorbike isint a fair fight. But im still hear alive and breathing living eatch day as it come. People say you only get once chance to live.
