in the UFC there are so many dream matchups and fantasy matchups that we probably won't get due to weight. In this video, I came up with a list of fights between fighters in different weight class that could actually happen and would be absolute bangers. Great matchups
In my ideal world, Belal and Leon fight in the Makhachev vs Poirier event, then the winner of Makhachev vs Poirier and Leon vs Belal fight Arman and Shavkat respectively, and then if Makahchev is still the champion, he gets to fight the WW champion.
Also Pereira should fight Ankalev in Brazil first, and then fight Ciryl Gane, and winner of Pereira vs Gane gets a HW title shot

Also Leon and Makhachev had a sparring match before in AKA gym with Makhachev taking Leon down many times, outwrestled him, if Makhachev prepares well and bulk up for that fight, the size difference won't be too much.

To be honest I kinda wish Adesanya never knocked out Pereira, although it was crazy at the time it kind of just left the beef unsolved, because I don’t think Izzy will move up. Also in the second pereira fight Izzy was getting schooled and Pereira just got way overconfident. Pereira is the better fighter by far

you couldve also mentioned the fact that izzy did rock alex in their second kickboxing fight and at the end of round 1 in their first mma fight, enough to threaten knocking out alex, thus leading to izzy knowing how to knock out alex in their second mma fight. but ig you had to say only what proved your point and left out the details. alex was never "way overconfident", he always fights with his chin up in the air no matter what. anyone could point that out and do the same thing after fighting alex so many times.
