Wondering whether physics can undermine Christianity is like wondering whether schematics of a 747 can undermine the case for the existence of Boeing.

The truth by its very definition is exclusive! He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.

Self-creating and self-organizing matter and energy are impossible.
Teleological considerations are the icing on the cake of that first statement. Living cells and living systems are suffused with purposefulness and homeostatic and interdependent mechanisms that demonstrate design. Design is an unprovable assertion, but so are almost all propositions that we believe. We believe that our consciousness reflects reality, even if imperfectly, but that itself is an unprovable assertion. Atheists take it as a given their consciousness is real, but they can’t prove it. I can’t prove God either, but I believe that He is real.

Einstein once said “the only thing worse than ignorance is arrogance”. I suppose he meant, ignorant people are willing to learn, arrogant people tend to believe what they think is always the right view, especially where God is concerned.”
Christ’s own words tell us it’s difficult for a wealthy man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Very often those with wealth receive a higher level of education. Money and education encourages people to feel superior to those who don’t have money, and have a lower level of education compared to the privileged families in the same culture.
Scriptures say we should always deem others to be higher than ourselves. Humility, and understanding that we are ALL made in the image of God, is vital. But, in truth, it is only the Lord Jesus Christ who was truly humble! 🙏🙏🙏

I don't think the assertion that we humans look for patterns in the natural world because of the Bible can be supported by any evidence. That Galileo referenced God can be better explained simply by the vernacular of the day. On the other hand, Thales of Miletus, often cited as the first scientist, was an Ionian Greek who lived during the seventh century BC.
