This is horrific. If someone did this to me as a kid I’d think what have I done wrong? Why did they hurt and humiliate me? If they did it now as an adult I’d punch them in the face. Either way it’s a very negative experience and the parents doing this clearly have extremely low IQs
Lighten up. This is harmless fun. Having kids wear masks and making them think they will die if they don't was the real abuse.

@@callaharry6673 I have thought about it - and I stand by my statement. That was awful, making young kids wear a mask when the odds of them getting seriously sick was practically nil. It must have scared and confused many of them. What an awful thing to have done. 😒
The children are actively physically hurt by someone - without explanation. By someone from whom a deep trust emanates. You can't compare that to wearing a mask, you could still explain that to a child.@@chris-tg1hv
