- Edinburgh Garrison Sergeant Major (GSM) Tony Gibson dresses in his Service Number Ones for the 40th Anniversary of The Falklands War Parade in Edinburgh and then the next week wears his Service Number Two Dress.

Somebody needs to tell the Master Tailor, 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards then, because mine aren't. My Number 1 Dress is dark blue. My 'Home Service Clothing Order' tunic is red though. They have clearly been doing it wrong for 368 years. The King's Dress Regulations will also need to be changed - 'Description: Coat, Man's, No.1 Dress, Coldstream Guards, Other Ranks. Cloth, barathea, wool, worsted, blue. Single breasted'@@donnythedealer9110
Jim, what will happen with the Scottish regiments and and the likes when Scotland goes independent?
We had the once in a generation vote in 2014. Scotland chose to stay in the Union.
@@JimRamsayJWR I hope that's the case Jim, I always think of Scotland as my spiritual home and Scots as my best friends and relatives. But the politicians have targeted the youth of the country just like other infamous politicians whom I shall not mention but they were a youth movement who reported on their parents and friends.

They'd probably just get disbanded considering that the Scottish Government wouldn't have enough money for them, however, all their equipment is property of the MoD anyways so they'd have to give it up. However, as much as Miss. Shark wishes for it, will likely never happen
