Stephen introduces the PLAY tax credit

Stephen has proposed a $1,000 tax credit for children's extracurricular activities. Promoting Leisure Activities for Youth Act would, if passed, allow parents to recover some of the ever increasing costs of enrolling children in sports and other activities outside of school.
