I haven't been doing this challenge this year because of the rising costs of meat and dairy. What I have been doing is shopping as many of the meat sales and clearances as i can and putting them away for later on. same with eggs and dairy. In our area, not only are prices outrageous, all are starting to look a little sparse at times. SO, I'm getting stuff and stocking up while I can.
