Exploring Kendalls Camp Ground. Rainy days at Rubicon River.

- Kendalls camping area is a huge free campground by the Rubicon River near Lake Eildon and the historic township of Alexandra in Victoria. The grounds include large open areas and cosy camp spots to suit the tastes of any free camper. There are fire pits and drop toilets as well as bountiful birdlife among the trees and shrubs. Hiking, biking, driving or dozing are all on offer. Pitch a tent, park the camper or just roll out the swag and get comfortable. No matter the weather you can have yourself a good stay here.

nice one, glad this popped up on my to watch list. Those king parrots were awesome and how good is the sound of rain on the tarp. Not sure if anyone's told you, probably have, but you have a bit of a Ron Swanson thing going on 😛 Good luck with the channel, I know it's a lot of work, subscribed ✌🏻
I’m glad you enjoyed it. The king parrots were obviously used to getting a feed from campers. I tend not to feed the birds though. It didn’t stop them from coming to say hello. The Ron Swanson is a running joke between me and a mate. I’ve always denied it but now I guess I will have to tell him he’s right 😄. Just watched your Cotter River Vid which was great (liked and subscribed). So many people live in beautiful places and mistakenly believe it’s not camping if you can get home in less than an hour. Glad to see you’re not ignoring what you have close by.
