Yes! The cruise is called Bateaux Mouches Seine River Paris, and my dad had to use his crutches to walk into the boat (I think it was just a few steps from the pier onto the boat), and one of the people working there carried his wheelchair onto the boat, which he used when he was inside. The top of the boat could only be accessed by stairs, but the rest of the floor was very accessible! However maybe it would be good to also call them and making sure :-)
