Hey, on the left corner there is written Rootkey: C. Its even faster/ better to just set it to the Original Tone, in your Case D#, the Sampler will do the Rest automaticly, so you don’t loose some of your corse semitones.

@@konnykneesyes. Every logic intern sample has a rootkey too. If you load your own sample in, the rootkey is set to C by deafault. But if you know the key, just change it to its Original. 👍🏻

Middle C is C4 though. ALso do you tune the sa,ple to te root of whatever key your song is in general? just verifying

How do I get sound in the sampler? I loaded up a sample but theres not even a playhead

Go to Track and New Instrument Track then load and open Quick Sampler. You should be able to drag and drop your sample! Hope this helps
