- Hi everyone, casually discussing the Shadow and Bone trilogy which I did finish some time ago and found it to be pleasantly diverting and good for unwinding. Give me suggestions for good fantasy series, I'm low on experience because I barely read fantasy unless it's Tolkein or something.
Lots of love to you all!

Love the casual vibe of the video! Good to see you back online. Hope you’re feeling better 🥰
Thanks so much 💜 yeah I'm much better now :)
if you liked the crows in the show, you HAVE to read the books i think you'll enjoy them. I loved them a lot more than the shadow and bone trilogy.
I'm definitely thinking of picking them up, the six of crows characters are a lot less 'pointless love triangle'. :)
Tbh shadow and bone book series in my opinion was no where as good as the movie for example book Mal was so dry as compared to the movie same with darkling who is morally gray in the movie but a total psychopath in the book. However the six of crows duology was a lot better from a writing pov
I agree, both mal and the Darkling are so multidimensional in the show but not really so in the books. I might look into the six of crows duology
