That was sweet, loving and endearing..it seems as if she is as proud of Tim as she is of her husband, Armie...she treats him like a kid brother..why are you being cynical??

Yes. The fact that her marriage fell apart in no way would be suggestive that her behavior towards Timothée was fake - or even her behavior towards Armie. They were married for ten years - whatever ultimately happened there was certainly love there. Relationships aren't black and white. People are capable of experiencing all sorts of emotions simultaneously. I thought it was very sweet how she fixed Timmy's hair. I don't understand why fans think vilifying Elizabeth is the way to show Armie support.

Some fans went so far as to insult and demand that Elizabeth leave Armie. This 'Call me by your name' phenomenon has attracted people of all kinds, including the three liars who have falsely accused Armie of being silly. And all for what ?! They want to lead these people's lives at all costs, even if it is by sulling and destroying people's reputations.
