      180 g water
      370 g sugar
      3tbsp rose water
      1/8 tsp lemon juice
      1/4 tsp Saffron

    This is Turkish. Even the name is Turkish, "tulumba". You're stealing Turkish culture.

      Tolumba or Bamieh (Persian name) is one of the sweets of the Middle East.
      It is a pastry that is fried in syrup and is often accompanied by zoolbia.
      Iranian Muslims often use tulumba and zoolbia during Ramadan to break their fast.
      But I made this sweet in the Iranian style

      @@azambano why don't you say that Iranian Turks use the name tulumba, not the Persians? Are you a Persian chauvinist like all your hypocrite mullahs and the terrorist ayatollahs? And please don't forget that South Azerbaijan is NOT Iran. Tabriz is Azerbaijan! Glory to UNITED AZERBAIJAN!
