If you want to eat a healthy dessert or a healthy snack, then see my recipe. This is a very healthy recipe for tea - a date dessert! A sugar-free dessert that I make when I want to make a delicious dessert! Everyone can cook my delicious desserts! Proper nutrition is healthy and tasty!
Dates - 200 g
Dried apricots (or prunes) - 200 g
Sesame - 50 g + 50 g
Sunflower seeds - 50 g
Nuts (I have almonds) - 100 g
Orange (zest) - 1 pc.
Cinnamon - 1 pinch
Pour boiling water over dates and dried apricots
Leave for 10 minutes
Grind with a blender (or with a meat grinder)
Chop nuts, seeds and sesame seeds
Add zest, cinnamon, cardamom
Mix
Form sausages, roll in sesame
Place in refrigerator for 3 hours
Enjoy your meal!

Раньше ,на юге Казахстана, мы часто делали из кураги,изюма и грецкого ореха. Потому что финики и кунжут были редкостью. Теперь в доступе на выбор что угодно. Но не делаем. Дорого.
