This is one of those scenes that shows that Regina is the author of her own destruction. She could have easily gotten Emma on her side (and probably rid of her) if she wasn't trying so hard to destroy her.
this scene shows Regina's evil side this scene shows that she is trying to get Emma out of the picture I love this scene it shows the Evil Queen inside Regina
@@ThePrincessCH That might have made a fascinating prospect, esp. given that Emma is the one with the power to break the Curse. It would require a bit of time play, though. By the time Regina was feeling the 'hole in her heart' that led her to want to adopt, Emma was already a teenager (obviously, since she had just given birth to Henry). Now, if the cabinet has somehow sent Emma and the other one _forward in time_ by 15 years, it could possibly work.
@@shermanlee4037 I was thinking along the lines of before she met Neal and after meeting Ingrid. Emma grew up jaded because she never had the love of a family and Regina's outlook on life has been primarily defined by her negative experiences. Given how attached Regina was to the idea of being Henry's "mother", if she had met Emma as a child, she would have tried to be better than Cora because she believed that Emma deserved better than whoever dropped her off in the middle of nowhere without rhyme or reason.
@@ThePrincessCH As long as she didn't know who her parents actually were...and of course after a while the same problems that arose with Henry would have arisen with Emma, too, noticing the time-freeze and so forth...unless Emma's presence started disrupting the Curse, which it might. Remember that the clock started ticking within a day or so of Emma arriving in Storybrooke, the Curse began to weaken the moment she set foot in Storybrooke.

"how did you get like this?" one word: cora
Myriam G
how did cora get like this? : removing her heart for rumple's deal so she can be royal
Cora set it in motion, but Regina chose to walk that path herself. The darkness fed on her and Regina let it do so until it was very nearly too late.
Your move! love it

Regina rigs these encounters, and she simply doesn't 'get' that she's _hurting Henry_ by doing it. She's that out of touch with reality.
I aspire to her level of petty
So do I! There is but one word to describe Her Majesty, *AWESOME!*
0:30 Emma's 'what' sounds almost like Regina. If Emma was Regina's blood granddaughter instead of step, I'd say she inherited it.
Imagine if Regine had adopted Emma instead of Henry.

No One Like Emma Swan
