Never watched this movie cause it looked terrible. Having watched this I kinda feel like I did the right think. First movie was decent. Don't know why they made this one feel so weak.
Looks ridiculous. Nobody is worried about unloading anything during a firefight unless you're about to use it to fight. Ammo yes, water no. If someone has a limb blown off, a tourniquet is automatically applied. The corpsman doesn't quit until someone is dead. If you're being shot at, you're not going to give orders just standing around in the open. Not watching this bs, I'd be pissed with the inacuracies.
Well that's obvious they at least tried to address the errors you listed though oddly enough the whole giving orders while getting shot at is based on an Officer at WWII. Been doing it since. Still you can tell a lot of these guys are fresh even then the level of accuracy required to make a movie real isn't always acceptable to directors and producers so then we get stuff like this
Most of the stuff in Afghanistan was hastily made and poorly put together. It offered concealment, not cover. I spent 3 years there, and sadly, their depiction in the film is accurate.
Was wondering the same thing. Also, why would anyone be dealing with unloading soda bottles when the outpost is under fire.. Wouldn't anybody be under arms shooting back?, @Fudgemaker17
I'll be honest I'm not sure which is harder to believe experienced insurgents wasting a rocket on one guy or that one guy not having a tourniquet in his pocket. (they tried to make us carry 2 when I was in.
I didn't know there was a sequel to jarhead
Yeah but it isn’t the same story it is completely different film.
Even there's a third
There isn't
The sequels are B movie knockoffs
Jarhead 1 - A+
Jarhead 2 - F
Jarhead 3 - C+
These USMC recruitment ads keep getting better

Because sequels suck. Continuations are different than sequels. Avengers movies are a continuation. Aliens Romulus is a sequal

First jarhead wasnt about action but about sometimes nonsense of military
This is the same what do you call unloading water and Gatorade during a firefight?
That camera shakes more than a James Bond martini!
How many jarhead movies are there now?
Their is only ONE. The rest are…meh.
Didn't this movie come out in 2014 and not 2024?
It's funny to watch in 2024, if it were a combat with a modern army the artillery, mortars and fpv-drones would have wanished this outpost
Jarhead 2 come out at 2014
Looks like a great place to set up a comnand base. Nooked in a canyon with high ground surrounding every angle. What could go wrong?
I don't know anything, but why are the bunkers made of plywood?

The first movie was epic, have to see this one
Don't. The first film had an actual story and message, this is just some basic action cash-in.

Marines wearing elbow pads? hell nah.
Jarhead 1 was like a toothache,
Yanks dont fight on the ground they sit in humvs and call in air strikes 10 miles away, love hollywood films though😂
