There are different approach to your question but i think this method is easier.
1. Draw a pentagon (make it faint)
2. Inscribe a circle in side the polygon.
3. Follow the method in the link i shared above and draw the circles round the Pentagon.

Hello Kevin, you'll divide the circle into 5 equal parts. That is, 72⁰ apart.
Then follow the method in this video to draw a circle in each of those parts/sector.
