I learned to drive in a 1961 Corvair 95 Rampside. Because it was underpowered, my Dad replaced the 80 hp engine in 1963 with a 110 hp car engine. He fashioned a waterproof steel door in the pickup bead for the car engine oil filler access. It was great for delivering appliances, lawn mowers and other products our family sold in our hardware store.

Oh, in the mid 1970s I owned a 67 Monza. I wish I still had it. I hope to find another nice Corvair someday.
Nice video. Looking for a windshield for my Corvan 'project'. New prices are high, any leads on a used one appreciated. Thanks
I still own a 64 Greenbrier Deluxe & 65 CORSA 180 turbo & a 67 MONZA drop top the FC are fun to drive & way more power than a VW van.
Do you know if one for sale for less than 10k?
