I am so glad I recently added HIIT to my usual routine. It is so great for full body strength and conditioning and Amy's workouts really mix things up with interesting strength and cardio moves. This one is a keeper! Thanks Amy!

Great workout. Love Tabata! At the end of the circuits… I looked at the clock and was like, “oh no… if she says we’re doing a bonus move I may punch her…” Then when describing the bonus move: “hahahahahaha. No.” Immediately after the bonus move (which, I managed to do… just high pull instead of snatch): *crickets* But…. You’re right. It reminded me that yes, I’m strong. Thanks for always pushing us and encouraging us to show up and try it anyways!
Just finished this workout now and oh my 😂💪😰 absolutely killed me ( in a good way) Maybe one of my new favs now! Will do this again next week. I do at least three of yours a week and love them all ❤️😘
What a killer workout. I just want to find out if it's effective to do this workout alone if one is looking to lose weight? I know diet plays a role as well I just want to know from activity point of view.
Oof! I almost bailed halfway through but I modified the second round to simplify some moves and did a deadlift instead of the bonus move, so I ended up doing much more than I thought I could.
Love love the workout, but I have to say, I am not crazy about the lyrics in the music. I always play my own music so I can turn your voice up. But the lyrics really interfered. Otherwise, as always, the workout is what matters and I loved it, thank you!
Pretty sweaty workout 💦💦💦 For me, it was more cardio than strength and more brain than muscle since the compound moves were targeting 3-4 muscle groups and I had to remember the combination 😇 since I don't do at the pace you do. Both Core circuits were 🤪🤪 burner🔥🔥 Thanks Amy for all such wonderful videos! 💖
For tab at a, I felt the compound movements were too complicated. Specifically the fly, side lunge, squat press, triceps move. It was hard to set up and safely move through the exercise and use a weight that was at least a little challenging. I do like compound moves, this just went too far.
I love your workouts and love Tabata, but I did not like the Tabata format for a weight workout. I guess I'm outnumbered! I just felt like there were too many moves with weights for 20 seconds, especially the side lunge/fly/tri move. Also, my heart rate gets up with weight workouts, so I don't think all the cardio is necessary. Just my opinion of course! I'll just stick to your millions of other workouts that I love!
