    Thank you Sir. This is right on time. My daughter will start school this April and i was on lookout for a plan for her education. Your guidance is a definite help. I now know how to proceed!

    Now a days lkg fee is almost equal to per year college fee for BE. I may need to start investing for lkg for my 9 month old kid 😀😂.

    sir i liked your video very much,so much pains did you take to explain the concept so clearly,but i wish to ask your choice of aggresive hybrid MF and any particular reasons to chose it rather then a mid cap or a multi cap,kindly throw some light on it,why to avoid aggressive equities and look out for hybrids,Also i wish to tell you tht i have icici pru balance advantage fund and icici equity n debt fund in my portfolio,shld.i stick with both of them or any particular choice?Also should i start a sip in any one of them..Thanks and sincere regards sir

    fully agree and many thanks .its the right time for me. Last part was hilarious ...and so true for me ! Spouses !!
    one question : regarding asset allocation : for a horizon of 16 years i want to offset the first 8 years to 100 % equity and then step wise reduce equity to 0 by investing manually in a debt /fixed income . is it possible and advisable? or shall i take 60:40 asset from day 1 even though i have some extra years.

    I read somewhere that retirement is a more important goal than child's education. Sounds nasty, but it said u can get an educational loan, but no loan for retirement

    Sir, one thing still don't understand, how to handle admission and Annual charges for Nursery to Class XII, which are quite expensive now (more than lakh/year- Private school, if opt boarding- become much more). My question is - how to handle annual outflow during Nursery to Class XII?

    • @pattufreefincal
      @pattufreefincal  5 років тому

      It will have to be from salary or income!

      @@pattufreefincal As you said on your book "You Can Be Rich Too : With Goal Based Investing"- Invest first- for SMART goals, remaining for expenses. Now if annual increment amount will added for these goal specific investment. From where i will get this amount (annual admission, school expenses etc) then .

    Sir, let's say somebody had started investing 2 yrs back, with current market they will be in negative returns, in such case should we stick to equity to recover losses or is it wise to shift to safer FDs.
