Thanks for the comment andsorry for answering so late. Yes, that's the bag that I really use every day and it's really great. I don't forget any tools on the construction site anymore because you can see straight away if something is missing.
This is the type of solution I've been looking for for all of my tools. I have a giant Makita bag already, but no internal organizer exists. Wonderful use of pipes

Do the wood boxes not add a lot of weight to the bag? I like this idea bit my bag is already very heavy so i end up with 2 or 3 bags for each type of job im doing.

Nice tool bag, looks better organized than anything I have seen. Anyway I just found your videos and liked the ones about sharpening drills. The jig you made for the larger sized drills is what I am most interested in. I am wondering if there is any updated videos about this jig as I would like some basic dimensions so I could attempt to try and make my own as you mentioned yourself. You showed many details in dimensions with your small drill jig so
could you do the same with the bigger jig. You are a smart man with many great ideas and as I am not that handy I would appreciate some help with some starting sizes to begin my copy of your jig.
