The Macro part of the game is something that's really hard to get for non pro players. It's really a treat whenever there's a video explaining the Macro decisions of a team and how important they are. I would love to see more of this kind of League content.
Love how clear and informative this video was! Usually drafting 3 losing lanes in a match seems like an easy way to just lose, but this video really highlighted the steps that Schalke 04 took in order to minimize their early game losses and scale to get the W. Was a real fun game to watch on stream and really appreciated the extra insight.
I love how everything is so clearly visualized - really takes this kind of content to the next level. Great stuff! Also, ender has the perfect voice for this.^^
exactly... that fact means the game is brutally imbalanced... imagine after side select, even before picks & bans the players already know they are 4x more likely to lose simply because they got red side...
Only in 10.15. If there are a lot of champions without many good counterpicks then blue side will have the advantage, if all the meta champions have good counterpicks red will, as far as I know.

To sum up, much quicker (all of the >/< refer just to this match): - MADs early > S04s, but S04s mid/late >>> MADs - Abbedage >>> Humanoid since min 0 (and specially the later the game went) even when the 2nd had a better champ for early - Orome >>> Odo, but not hard enough to carry the other 4 - Gilius/S04s gameplay around objectives, specially the ones requiring smites, >>> MAD/Shadows
it makes sense for scaling teams to give up first 2 drakes. Yes the game accelerates but if the soul is infernal or ocean, you get 4 same dragons and soul.
I remember way back in 2018 when Gilius is seriously trashtalking his opponents junglers and he got owned afterwards. His match with Vitality against Fnatic cost their supposedly winning game due to Gilius missing smites on Baron and Elder multiple times. He was even benched for Kikis because of those. Now he's outsmiting everyone and always wins the game for his new team. Kinda happy for him though.
Love this Vid. Na go watch this. Maybe you can learn one or two things. Like not taking Dragon fights when you need to^^ Or herald fights. Or mabye just scale when you pick a scaling comp.^^
@@H4ram it was. If 1 of the ganks Volibear tried had gone right, then that laner would be more ahead and stronger than the counterpart in a lane that already went their way. Schalke wouldn't be able to even get to that position for the smite fight

You are correct, considering his level, he definitely didn't have IE yet. He went for manamune > trinity > rfc > IE, which means the build costs too much for him to have IE at level 14.
I mean, the team that has position in the pit and can time burst with the smite will have a pretty big advantage, plus their jungler can't get ccd, so locking the enemy team out is a pretty big deal.
they had something to lose everyone thought they ll make it to playoffs and actually knowing u can make it if u win this is way harder than ohh if i win i still have a chance
@@hansimgluck6789 According to interviews with Gilius, he said that he and Abbedagge believed while the other three did not, yet Gilius and Abbedagge were the best performers, so it does seem to have made them stronger.
Probably because they were experimenting. They know he'll play really good if he's on Lee, but when they lock top two there's no need to be desperate to win every game, instead it may be better to get experience playing other champions and comps in preparation for playoffs.
It's just over one patch and a total of 21 games. In the 17 wins on blue side, the blue side team was the favorite to win regardless in 12 of the games and 2 were even, while the red team was the favorite to win in 7 games, so it was already blue-side favoured because the good teams were playing on blue more often while the already expected worse teams played more on red side.
Kalista will still be stronger than Ashe if she can snowball by getting kills and/or plates in the early game, but MAD weren't able to get any, presumably because of good defensive play from Schalke. Same for Leblanc vs Corki.
