Another great song and video. I wish we had some heat here as it's been pissing down for months. Not sure if it's a tutorial but I've always been interested how you record vocals and how you come up with lyrics - do you use the rhythm of the bass, the melody or something else.
Sohhh Dee Um! One listen and this is embedded in all my thoughts….another fun song, fitting well with the others, it’ll be great to hear them all together. I appreciate the approach….diligently completing weekly goals…hard to stick to with everything else that goes on in a week. Thanks for the information and inspiration.
I remember watching Sir Graves Ghastly back in the early 70s was the first time I saw The Horror of Party Beach. Now I have a great song to go with a great movie. Thanks
Might not be on production topic, but I'd like a tutorial or few tips for songwriting, especially how to make smooth transitions between song parts. For example I have a chorus that goes by these chords A major E minor G major D minor. I love it. I came up with a part that goes F Fadd9 Am Amadd9 (like your regular triad but instead of third finger play second finger on the right hand). I'd love that to be a bridge, but it sounds so different from chorus and that sudden change seems distracting to me. Also I'm interested in smooth transitions from verse to chorus if I used sequenced stuff.

Off topic, but the song ‘How Do You Even Manage to Exist’ is amazing 🖤

Off to share on FB. Cheers.
How did your neighbour get down to the shore ?
No one goes down to the shore any longer. Not since the wild dogs arrived.

I first watched it as a kid and remember wondering why their mouths were full of hot dogs.

@@evaldas_vaitonis Short answer: Pre-Bridge. A short 4 to 8 bar transition
