@@Vadrigar1 its easier to put as much as you can to the motherboard first before you put it in the case, but if you want to put ram while the motherboard is in case its also fine

Why? It looks like he is using arctic sliver which is non conductive. Even if it isn't most thermal paste now a days are or at least electrically insulating.
@@awsome14619 Even still you should prevent any sort of contact with thermal paste and the motherboard.
@@arts6821 I accidently put thermal paste in my cpu socket. It was minimal but it still works fine. That's a worst case scenario too.
@92 clb The X is actually really good to cover the entire cpu. The only down side is you might get some overflow on the sides. Other than that it is pretty good.
@92 clb linus made a video 4 years ago testing every method.. in the end it didn't matter.
That looks FIRE bro, awesome build. I wanted to go for a full white theme but couldn't find the right parts and/or they were too pricey. So I went with a black and white theme instead. I wish MSi made some white 3080s GPU though, but instead I got their Suprim X. Loving it.

The AIO looks nice, I like that they used tension springs as AMD tends to be really pressure sensitive with coolers being to tight or to loose.
These videos are great! I already have a greet gaming PC, but still love to check out your vids for ideas and tips.
This has reassured me that I can build my pc.. i was on the fence about buying prebuilt.. All of the build videos ive watched have been so long and overwhelming that I get discouraged. However, this shows the real simplicity of it all.. Thank you!
the only “hard” thing about building a PC for the first time is the termal past and the cables really. everything else is pretty easy

I guess the problem is finding white GPU. There are many white AIO, PSU from different brand. You can also use white sleeve PSU cable too.
@@PCTechnician Most of my set up is black so I actually went with a black case and some white internals, white gpu, white rgb ram, fans are lianli but in black, but using white RGB. Gives off a very clean minimized look

Im planning to build a RIG with pretty much identical parts with the one you were using, minus the AIO and case. Was originally planning to use NZXT H510 Flow but after seeing this video, I know I gotta go for this case. Thanks for the video, man!
whites the best for RGB builds in my market the lian li AIO is pretty cheap/competitively priced. But i went with a 280mm arctic freezer front mounted in push pull bc i wanted the best/quietest option for my cpu while also being able to cool my gpu well/quietly best best was p14 /280mm push pull front mount and 2x 120mm p2 fans mounted under my gpu. With completely un-obstructed exhaust for some directional airflow. NO vrm hot zone like other systems or smaller chassis with a top mount and 250w+ gpu. OR 5700xt heaters or single fan 2060 builds....my buddys got a 2060 with an air cooled(nh-d15) 3900x and a single fan 2060 XD bc it was the cheapest/best they could get for their budget...in reality that gpu runs so hot in general let alone with a single fan/pcb/vrm design....in a h510i. One of the worst chassis for airflow. And hes got a x570 master that poor boards vrm/chipset is probably being cooked in that chassis even if it has a good psu. Luckily that CPU cooler is soo good. Built in a lian li 205m Nice lil budget rig just insane to try to cool a 5700xt in there with a 10600k had it on air so tough...had to top mount a 240mm aio to properly cool the cpu...and man does the rad block exhaust....paired with a metal front cover up front. Basically means best you can get is a 125w gpu with a system of that flow :( then i started using mb311 as my m-atx/budget chassis which was way better for cooling and aio/rad mount potential. next thing i know they push out a 205mesh..but no m-atx version....and the 205 mesh....sells for 109....the mesh P sells for 129$....and the lian li 215is 99$ so its a lil confusing. Plus the 215 has mesh along the psu shroud and 120mm fan mounts there....the 205 mesh does not....and costs more. With less cooling potential too.

Almost identical to my build. Really nice. P.S. If you rotate the vertical plate for the cable pass through into EATX mode the cable management becomes a lot more easier and prettier

That single CM fan with a different design really throws off the symmetry of the build.
This entire build is right up there as far as aesthetics is concerned.
Few cables running through the other straight down could be turned around behind the removable blocks. Also adding fans below GPU does bring down the temp of the GPU further.

Super clean build!! I even purchased the same aio and psu after watching this video. I noticed the exhaust fan orientation was changed again on the montage of your completed build. What orientation of the exhaust fan would you recommend to install it facing? I’m new to building a pc so I have very limited knowledge. Thanks!
Rear fan should be exhaust like final output of my video. I made the mistake and forgot to edit middle clip. Initial installation & final output is fine.

That's a beautiful case
Nice video and all, but the liquid cooling just still seems so complicated compared to it's benefit. It does look really nice, but also requires a lot of knowledge and also enough space + money. I'm still using my Antec Three hundred two and I really do need a more modern case asap. Nothing really wrong about this case, but it's features are getting old. I also got the 5600x and as GPU I got 3060ti which is also pretty good for gaming for the next 2-3 years. Looking to get me a new CPU cooler asap.

Very nice! I’m building the same case with 2 additional 120 fans on the shroud, to force more air into the GPU
I removed the hard drive rack through the back side panel where the PSU goes. But first I put the case on its side and removed the bottom mounting plate from the hard drive cage using a screwdriver thru the 4 rectangular slots.
Instead of removing the bottom sliding plate from the hard drive rack, you can slide it out of the slots, flip it 180 and remove it from the front of the cage. Remove the front shroud panel and slide the front fan rack up and out thru the slots

Hub & controller comes with AIO. You don't have to buy anything.
