I definitely agree with the latter two, but I like the Wargoyle fight. It just works too well with the theme of Le Cite de Cloches, and I honestly don't find it anywhere near as tedious as those two. When DDD came out, I actually got disappointed that the boss fight wasn't longer.
If anyone is stuck at wargoyle on riku heres a tip, when it's shooting crystal shards, block nor dodge them by getting near wargoyle. If you dont wanna be thrown by its tail, block it.I recommend you to get spark dive, quick blitz, fire, cure and sliding dash.I defeated it only once without fails in proud mode.
I found that, if it's close by, stand right in front of Wargoyle while it launches its shards. They come from Wargoyle's wings, so they'll go around you.

On any mode below Critical, that's true. But Critical Mode...I'd rather 1v1 him than let my Spirits constantly get knocked out. Plus I actually found it fun fighting him in the air.

Tell you what, when I heard this as the boss theme there, I thought "Wow this game is happy." I didn't think that for much longer when the story really got going, mind, but it was enough to fool me for a while.
Dude it completely fits it just because of Quasimodo, Pheobus and Esmerelda against judge master frollo and the darkness but hey I thought this was a dive song and a opening sequence to the game but it truly fits it

BBS was in my opinion one of the hardest KH games period. the battle system was made in such a way that the game still provides a good challenge. honestly ppl who say that the game was too easy never fought mysterious figure on crit mode
It can be a little overpowered at tiles (really OP if used well on the easy or normal mode) But it looks like it is returning somewhat in KHIII but it might just be jumping of walls and such maybe having an attack with it but I don' think you'll be able to take out groups or heartless in one flow motion attack
The music from DDD was such a relieve to the series. I'm not saying this to criticize the OST from the baseline games. Awesome as they are, the motif was getting kind of repetetive, specially after the Organization XIII came into existence. DDD reminded us what a genius Shimomura is.
For the Wargoyle(Sora's side), well...I took a Star-rank Priclemane and a Star-rank KO Kabuto(?) along, and I did just the healing. Pricklemane's Spin Attack works very well for this fight.
Although I agree with most of your claims, I have to agree with the fellow internet twerp about the stopping Drive Forms, because I also had KH II, but when I needed to get a second one, due to some unfortunate accidents, I noticed this one had some minor problems, the most noticeable one was the sudden stop in Drive transforming, where I see Sora just covered in white light for 30 s. I know it may be a bug for one or two discs, but an actual problem non-the-less.
This theme fits better as trailer music honestly, the flow of the song is not really clear to fit as boss music but could work out for tutorial battle music.
True; but while it wasn't that good for a boss fight, during all the times that it's used in the cutscenes and when running from Wargoyle as Riku, it is pretty fitting for the environment. It is best used in the trailer, however. 😁
Agreed XD I'm on critical now, been dying a few times on bosses, but nothing too bad. Proud I only died a few times on Young Xehanort 'cus I got careless with his whippy attack and it one-hit me.

The only important thing that happened in the game story-wise is something about letting Sora know about what happened at Castle Oblivion that he can no longer remember. Its not really worth it.

I died to his ground form with Sora twice and lost to his aerial form with Riku once. While I didn't find myself raging, I can understand why other people would find him difficult. Mainly because a lot of his attacks (the fireballs, the machine-gun light arrows, and the flaming crystals) can easily combo you to death if you get caught up in them in mid-health and without a Cure on reload. At this point in the game, unless you have grinded up a lot, you likely don't have access to a lot of the stronger abilities like Leaf Bracer.
Yeah, I didn't like the spirits at first, but now they've sorta grown on me (courtesy of one of Riku's dual links stirring up the Touhou fan in me). And yeah, the endgame was pure awesomeness, even if Riku's bosses gave me hell.
when your done with the game go to the areas where you fought the bosses and look a your map, if it says seceret tap on it and tap yes the you fight a SUPER HARD version of the boss i've only killed the wargoyle with sora
and it's a bit hard even you have the powerful command comboes TWTNW's reccomended level was 38(or more) while Sora and Riku are like 2 levels away from lv50 with my Zero Graviza and Meteor/Balloonga combo the enemies still manages to kick my ass a few times. also the moments where to try to guess when the bosses come up so you dont get stuck with commands that dont work against bosses.
Listening back on kh3d music I held my head high knowing I had beaten the whole game on critical, but then I doubted myself, looked back and realised I played on Standard, fucking standard. How casual of me, back to replaying KH3D then!

Just to clarify, there were limits in KHI. Trinity, Strike Raid, and Ragnarok, to name a few.
