I said this before and I will say it again . You guy’s have a gorgeous farm , your equipment is nice , and well maintained , your buildings are beautiful and well maintained . Your farm is just class ! Chet , you are one lucky young man and I think you know it , but you do work hard and your a pretty good mechanic . I love your videos !

Thanks for the shop tour Chet and Dougo. You have a good set up Chet and a lot of people would give there eye teeth for half of that. Love your work shop and farm steading. Nice set up plus you have some nice equipment to run Chet you are a lucky boy. I know you all work hard and you have your own speculates like you are a great mechanic and good at fabricating things as well. Larson Farms has a real good team. Great video
That is a very sweet shop setup. I understand there’s a lot of ways to do stuff but that is one shop most people want but very few can achieve. 👍 hats off to all you guys for your hard work getting you all to where you’re at.

Top notch facility; I'm sure you should be proud of it. Amazed how well you take care in cleaning it, and the equipment. That kind of care is mostly lost in todays busy world. Keep at it, I'll keep watching.

Awesome Shop! I would recommend EXIT Signs above the doors that lead to the outside. Also, make sure to have plenty of fire extinguishers throughout the building.

For thw machinery tour, you could do it Brian Brown style - split it up, one video for trucks, one for tractors, one for combines and spreaders, and so on :)

It looks great, very nice, next monday i make a farm tour through my farm in the netherlands, i am inspired by you, thank you for watching your video.
I have been involved with some utility elevator designs and installation that we used a forklift mast that was bolted to the floor and a platform mounted to fork frame. Has a small electric powered pump to run up and simple solenoid to open valve and let gravity bring down. The mast was always a take off we got cheap and did not cost much to put whole thing together to make an elevator out of.

You guys got a massive farm, I'm 15 and when I'm older I'm going to start farming my family farm that has about 260 acres, it's not much but it's a start.

I’m a professional mechanic, and I work for a large well known company that’s red. Your shop is the nicest one I think I’ve ever seen, and by far nicer than any shop I’ve ever worked in. Holy cow you guys are lucky.

Home is every bit the old shop as the new. While the old no longer serves as the space to refresh the means to production, it stands as testament to a time when growing the farm was conducted in the old shop. Before the old shop...it was up hill both ways. The only thing constant is change, be it good or bad. I count my blessings. God Bless.

Love it! I do work in a nice shop as we have a lot of equipment for wild rice, potatoes and soy & black beans. That said, you have the "Cadillac" of shops! Hands down!

I always like to get ideas from seeing other shops. I’m going to put in a two post lift but I can’t bring myself to put it someplace and tie up the area. Seeing how you did your pit area gives me more to think about. They are kind of the same - dedicated areas that you can use otherwise but it’s not always convenient.

oh yea... I for got to add.... my shop has mostly a dirt floor, and I need to begin re-roofing as the asphalt is ten years old, and I heat with wood.... but then -I am a hobby blacksmith and wood worker, if I could make a living with a farm I might still have one... you guys motivate me to do more things (even at the age of 67) … thanks for sharing

For you loft lift I would go to Ritchie bro’s or similar auction and find a forklift with a bad motor or trans and strip the mast off. 110 volt hyd power pack and your good to go
Watching your video of your equipment , offices , wash rooms , store rooms , work shops , parts room and upstairs apartment left me with one thought - What a outstanding operation with high standards and planned working details . PS - Love the old wood in the office and kitchen area.

Oh Hells yeah!!!... It is definitely a sickness and that is why I want him to get 'Alumaloy brazing rods', as a Christmas gift this 2020 year...... Imagine what that Tractor-Cowboy would do if he could actually manage to stick Diamond Plate together without burning holes in it and it looks Cool AF........ Unleash the beast.
Diamond plate is very expensive, so you could probably have afforded that 40-foot wide truck parking/wash bay instead of 30-foot wide, if you have cut down on all that diamond plate, :-)
