Goulburn is a regional city in the Southern Tablelands of the Australian state of New South Wales, approximately 195 kilometres south-west of Sydney, and 90 kilometres north-east of Canberra. According to the 2016 census of population, there were 22,890 people in Goulburn. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people made up 4.3% of the population. 83.7% of people were born in Australia.
