Since knowing of the McDougall's since February 2023.....l am following their way of eating. They tell us over and over what we humans are supposed to eat and it makes sense. He's done all the work for us, i.e., all the research and learning everything we need to do. He has great mentors he shoulders on. His list is endless with good findings. Each week he finds new sightings from articles we all need to know to know. It's all good with them. I believe in them.....folks best get onboard.....

We (my family)had walnut trees when I was little. We would pick them during the fall for my mother to make homemade cakes. It was extremely time consuming and difficult to get those nuts. You had to prey open the outer layer before you get to hard shell to crack. We used hammers to crack them. Mind you, all of them weren’t ripe. Man, never again. 😂
    Lol.

Great talk, love the simplicity of the McDougal way of eating, which I enjoy, though I choose more fruit and feel fine with it. In case this is of interest, Anne Osbourne is a successful long term fruitarian, living in Australia. Also Mango Wodzac and his partner, who also live in Australia.

I just heard Dr. Barnard suggest rinsing the rice first, then toasting and drying the kernels in a pot before adding the water. Add more water, (4 cups water to 1 cup rice instead of 3 cups water) cook for 40 minutes and drain after cooking. Also, use short grain brown rice.

My friend offered me tacos while we were enjoying 5 de Mayo celebrations. I told her thank you, but I'm not hungry. She was insisting for me to eat the taco, and I keep saying no. She said, well I don't think I am going to eat because you are not eating, I told her that I had no problem for her to eat. In a second place we visited, the same thing happened. I told her that I felt disrespected and pressure from her. It has happened to me with different people. 😢 😢

Dr John Roger's attributes women's longevity compared to men as because men have more iron in their blood. Menstruation is an iron removal process that males lack. DR Rogers says women who have a hysterectomy before the age of 35 have the same lifespan as a man. Next time he is on, ask him about it, AJ.

A vegan raw food diet is not a fruitarian diet Dr.
A healthy raw food diet consists of tons of veggies & some fruit.
    And less nuts.
You can make many dishes with veggies & mushrooms. Amazing
It’s easy to fall into the nuts trap though.

I love and respect your program but I'm concerned that Dr. Mcdougal said patients didn't need to go to the doctor unless they feel poorly. There are several disease processes such as glaucoma which are silent and asymptomatic until it's too late. Everyone should go see a medical professional for a check up, a skin exam, an eye exam, etc. It doesn't have to be frequent visits but at least every couple of years, more frequently if a problem is detected.

Why lie about ice cream and food? I don’t understand.
They want to push it and put it in front of me, I repeat myself and push it away from me. What’s the problem?
I eat what I want to eat. My choice.
If they don’t want to listen, it’s their problem and their money they just spent recklessly.
