Hi everyone^___^ Thank you for suggesting Mulan has a daughter :) This is my take on what the future of Disney's Mulan would look like :) What do you think?

In my mind, Mulan is taking a break from being a soldier to have a baby, and when Mulan and Li Shang's daughter grow older, they train together as a family every day, eventually using swords :) When Shang is home from the army, he spoils her and helps with the training^___^
The Disney Mulan movie is based on the old poem "ballad of mulan" from China, about the female warrior Hua Mulan, and I think the Walt Disney Company has done a great job at staying true to the original "feel" of the poem.
I also really think Mulan as a mother would be the best mom in the world. She is smart, honest and kind, and her and Li Shang makes a perfect couple^^ I am a bit sad that Shang wont be in the new Mulan remake, but Im obsessed with the new song Loyal Brave True and the trailer looks amazing, so Im gonna watch it anyway :) But more than anything, I wish Disney would create a Mulan 3 movie! :D I think that the story about the 3 princesses in Mulan 2 was really good (especially compared to other Disney sequels), so I definitely think Mulan deserves more movies^^

I used Adobe Photoshop and my beloved Wacom Intous tablet to create this Walt Disney edit^^ The Alice Edits are made for UA-cam only, so please dont repost my art.
If you have any ideas for other Mulan edits, please let me know in the comments below. It can be from the new Disney's Mulan full movie, Mulan clips, or just a general idea about one of the characters, like Mulan, Mushu, cricket or Shang. I often create Happy Ever Afters or like a transformation ^___^ I prefer the setting to be after Mulan 2, to kinda continue the amazing Disney story, but feel free to give any suggestion, no matter how crazy. ^___^ I also do Disney Princess and Pixar edits in general.

Thank you so much Daewon :) I think it comes down to what you practice on. I mean, while I'm good at Disney's style, I seriously suck at portrait drawing for example :) so I bet you can draw a lot of things I am bad at^^

I just saw a video by Asian Boss where they interviewed Chinese ppl about Mulan and it seems that Mulan is also a powerful symbol of gender equality in China - way before she was turned into a princess by Disney. I think that is so cool :D
Im doing great so far :) I work from home anyway, so my life is pretty much the same. I just can play Dungeons and dragons, which I really love, and I cant volunteer at the local cat shelter either, because they closed it temporarily. But my family and I are healthy so far, so Im happy. How are you doing? :)

Great edit! If you still need a name for the girl, there was a rumor going around for a bit that, in the original script for Mulan II, a character named Ana-Ming was going to be introduced. People theorized that Ana-Ming was going to be Mulan and Shang's daughter. Just food for thought!

haha and yes - drawing digitally is super hard in the beginning. When I first started out, it looked like crap because its so different than drawing traditionally xD
but having a good drawing tablet (like Wacom) really helps and also just practicing, practicing :) It took me years to get better at drawing in Photoshop, but it was worth the struggle, and I still learn something new every time I draw ^___^

Summer 13 keep in mind, I’ve never done anything like this before, and I’m only 13, so it might be cringe, but I do have some decent writing skills so we’ll see.
Ok so I used my imagination and my writing skills to come up with a little something. It’s kinda short, but I hope u like it!
I imagine she would be about 6 years younger than Lonnie. Obviously she’s too young to go to Auradon Prep, so she would go to a school in the town she lives in. She’s not girly, but not a tomboy either, she’s somewhere in between. Her personality is very kind, yet very brave. Usually she would be very kind and gentle, but she does like to have pretend sword fights with her parents and siblings. When she is about 10 years old, she would start training for the army with her parents. She would make many friends with both boys and girls. When she finally is old enough to go to Auradon Prep, she would most definitely be on the R.O.A.R team. I think her name would be something like Faith, or maybe Orchid, a reference to the wood orchids in the movie.
Yeah that’s all for now, I might add something later, but that what I could think up in such a short amount of time. Hope u enjoyed!
